    I’ll make this really simple for you. You have no idea when the expansion will be funded, if ever. In the meantime, AGY remains liable to pay higher taxes than their larger peers, in addition to a royalty that is 66% higher than the current rate.

    You can bang on all you like about future plans, hopes and dreams, but until JZ can actually lock in a deal, the situation is worse than it otherwise would have been.
