To summarise, you could have simply said that a lithium CEO is optimistic about the future supply/demand balance. Have you ever heard from one who isn't? Not exactly an objective source, @GCar.....

I don't think WoodMac's supply projections are entirely accurate, but neither do I believe the optimistic demand numbers being posted here are correct. The truth usually lies somewhere in the middle. Even the most optimistic commentators have noted the current oversupply and foresee more challenges in the short to medium term.

Personally, I anticipate at least a 50% increase in lithium supply over the next 12-18 months without a corresponding 50% increase in demand. As I've mentioned before, you can dismiss bearish commentary all you want, but it doesn't change the near-term supply/demand outlook, which appears quite concerning.
