1/ not sure if the translation is accurate

2/ if so, it may have an impact on the timing of a funding deal for our expansion, so the parties can benefit from the various RIGI incentives etc.

3/ not sure on the fine details regarding RIGI qualification; eg. they may be able to secure a deal before the benefits can “be used”, perhaps they can use the RIGI as a condition precedent, perhaps they can secure funds then “use” RIGI upon FID, etc
