A simple yet critical error in your calculation/estimation there.

In round numbers:

If 50 million tonnes of LCE is required to replace the global fleet….

and if LCE production increases by 300kt per year….

then:

Y1 = 1 Mtpa
Y2 = 1.3 Mtpa
Y3 = 1.6 Mtpa
Y4 = 1.9 Mtpa
Y5 = 2.2 Mtpa
Etc….

Then it will take about 15 years to produce around 50 million tonnes, not 50 years.

On a serious note my original post wasnt meant to be moon launch accurate it was more about showing the size of the challenge
