Oh boy. Employing a couple of new students is absolutely fine, if that's their goal for cheap labour (everyone does it, even construction mobs in Australia for cheaper labour to run the cranes etc). But let's hope majority of their work force isn't going to be made up of new inexperienced blood running the labs and plant operations. To date it has looked like they've had inexperienced staff running the operation, not sure they need any more.
