ATL knows absolutely nothing more than what the market knows. For all we know they got the same carrot dangling spiel that we did. Or, they're obviously happy in a long term investment. Luckily for them they haven't had the whole 'AGY experience'.

Assuming things are good 'in secret', because they don't look good otherwise, is really clutching.

And saying 'no news is good news' is really detaching yourself from reality. Just because it's a well known proverb, doesn't mean it applies to our situation. When the company has shown that 'no news' means 'bad news', then no news is bad news. Especially when they're known for reporting on any slight bit of good news.

I agree with what you said RE any agreements. It seems the hold off would part have to do with being incapable of scaling output.
