We would have to see if it's running continuously. My guess is that it's been shut down or running at (even more) of a reduced capacity to rectify the issues they're still having - the omission of updating the market with how much they've produced, right after announcing that the major bottlenecks have been resolved mind you, supports this (noting that they did still state they were "optimising").
Reality is it could take them another couple of years to get to nameplate on the 2ktpa, if ever. They're learning on the job remember. And unfortunately, should this turn out to be the case, it doesn't bode well for shareholders as they do not have an infinite amount of funds. Despite the narrative that some push that 'it takes them as long as it takes them', this is most definitely not acceptable. The longer it goes on, it will be to the detriment of current shareholders - simple.
Anyhow, we'll see once again where they're at in the next update, whenever it may be. By now it seems they're going to give an information overloaded quarterly update.
