    They haven't started yet and some of the things they are doing isn't best practice.

    I read the locals are saying they are offering to buy their houses and they pay more if the owner pulls the roof off to make the area look derelict to paint a picture the mine is a better option.

    You expect that sht of china in africa but rio?
