Are you joking mate? Numerous posters have commented that AGY should have raised capital a couple of years ago when the lithium price was higher. Get your head out of your own arse, you aren't even close to being the first person offering this criticism.

AGY haven't said they are completely abandoning the Stage 2 facility, nor that they're going to bulldoze it, or take any other action. Not once have they stated that the 2 ktpa plant won't be contributing to Stage 3, that's just your own failure to accurately read and interpret the announcements. At least you're consistent on that front.....

Once more, you are categorically incorrect. AGY management never provided a timeline for how long the $30m cap raise should last, you simply made up the figure of "a couple of years" and have drawn the conclusion that it means they're doing a good job. The cap raise announcement actually stated that the funds would fully fund AGY to 2 ktpa production at Rincon, and it hasn't, inferring that they haven't done a very good job at all:
