No - that is your assumption, along with no other pieces of misinformation existing (evident by "this dot point"). I can't claim something on the 5th of Aug based purely on a post from the 6th of Aug - I can't see the future mate. You've joined 2 posts across different days and inferred something (see your words above).
No - I wrote that it is "in progress". One needs to formulate a logical argument and backup said argument with evidence of "misinformation" via posts. It is similar to going to small claims court or an ombudsman.
