While it's conceptually possible everything may be true, it's completely implausible.

Sure, there are plenty of people with several degrees and intense careers, which can lead to great wealth and a garage full of supercars etc.

However, while people who actively trade on the stock market or work online may be prone to chatting on a stock discussion forum, it's not plausible that someone who claims to be extremely wealthy due to an intense career would obsess over a single high risk small cap stock and say that one investment going well over 80c is necessary for his retirement plan (yes, he actually said this).

Sure, it's sort of technically possible, but it's clearly not actually true.
