You don’t seem to know where to direct blame; on one hand it’s Chinese manipulation, the other is inaction by European OEM’s.
I think you’d do well to focus on what AGY is doing (or more accurately not doing), rather than directing blame elsewhere.
The nail in the coffin for AGY was going into C&M before demonstrating that they could produce at scale. Now it’s a slow circling of the drain until the cash runs out. IMO, once the funds run low, ATL will be there to pick at the carcass.
