RDN hasn't even started drilling yet—they only have rock chip samples, yet their market cap is still 30% higher than AGY's. While some may see this as a sign that AGY is undervalued, others might argue that it's simply the result of shareholders finally getting a peek behind the curtain. Unfortunately AGY is currently in the "truth-telling" phase of development, which isn't a great place to be during a market downturn.
