It's important to understand that characters like Jerko are not stupid or 'incompetent'. They are absolutely dreadful to people like shareholders, but they know exactly what they're doing and do a great job of achieving their objectives.
Over the years people have praised JZ for being excellent with responding to emails and putting peoples' minds at ease when they had concerns. Countless times people on this discussions have posted about feeling worried then after an email to JZ they get a response and feel confident about their investment again.
That's JZ's job. To make investors feel good about having their money in AGY. He's not there to give you a balanced account of what's happening, and if he was, he wouldn't have told you and me that CR weren't on the cards shortly before CRs were announced. Think about every single time over the last several years that he has made people post here about how happy and comfortable they were, when he knew better than any of us what was actually going on.
And remember, it wasn't through stupidity or incompetence or bad luck that there was a discrepancy between reality and the messages he gave in emails. It was entirely by design.
...and countless times the bulls here have said not to listen to folks like Rob, Pierre, myself and others, and if they're worried, to just give JZ an email. Look at how that turned out.
...and that's still the same person writing AGY announcements for you in 2025. Trust them, or don't, at your own discretion. He has certainly made it abundantly clear whether or not you should, yet even now, most of the people who have been here watching for years will email him and eat up his words with great happiness.
