From my experience ramping up processes is not linear. You get more from the process with the same people. Same support staff. It's areas that have to handle the extra throughput such as logistics and supply chain. Consumables up of course although may be negotiated cheaper for volume. Also more by-product credits.
I'm still expecting $8-10k as per pevious posts.
