I think there's a very small chance of it but they probably have a few more cycles of passing around the hat with some success first. I do expect that sooner or later it will either be involuntary administration or takeover at a tiny price and all the shareholders will cry about what an amazing rebound they missed out on and pretend it wasn't a bad investment decision of their own, just bad luck due to a nasty predator snapping them up while they were down.
Without raising capital they'll have to close up within months, but I suspect we'll see a CR announcement before too much longer, potentially any day. JZ is probably holding out for either the expansion permit or a rebound in lithium prices before formally announcing that he will be rattling the tin, but they're already at the 11th hour and he's leaving it awfully close to the end.
