Agreed, I think AGY is in a good place as the ponds are well in use, or near completion and the S1 plant is going well too.
As you say, Jerko has shown to have the locals and govt. on side, so the article probably is more a barrier to new players who don't have the setup or connections. This again only works in AGYs favour as it can still be making product while others fight to establish themselves.
The article does make for an interesting point re. timeliness of waiting for evaporation vs direct filtering - especially considering growing demand.
My hope is that with a proven process AGY could become the local processing facility for a number of operations as well as its own.
