I doubt a giant like Foxconn is cognizant of AGY's expertise and readiness, that's why AM needs to capitalise his presence in Taiwan, before international border opens.
Getting up and attending the Tech Day is only the first step, but still better than sitting on his bums at home with kids (unless AM is setting up an AGY office for marketing & sales window in Taiwan).
No donkeys wondering around on the roads in Taiwan, perfectly safe to go out and about.
