Haha no it's not. @GCar throws out threats of legal action every other day. What people forget about proving defamation in Australia is that there has to be an attributable cost (i.e. proof of some type of damage). Good luck proving that a comment by a random dude on HotCopper caused JZ a monetary loss, as opposed to his own failure to progress the targets that he was supposed to meet.
