The blue column underneath the zero point (in 2028) indicates undersupply. This is your example, not mine. What is so difficult for you to understand about your own example? Look at 2023/2024, and tell me whether we're currently in an undersupply or oversupply? Take your time mate, I don't want you to rush it.
