I assume you are referring to the pending 10ktpa license? Whilst its important it is approved its not a show stopper if its delayed. We are already permitted at 2ktpa.
Pablo who is effectively our incountry CEO has close connections with govt resources. He has been there and done that given his experience with FMC, in country. Its one of the reasons you need to partner with a local operator including employing local ppl. Im not a fan of crystal ball gazing - the important pt here is that AGY have done what they can to ensure success just as they did with the initial permit. Permitting is just another project risk to keep an eye on and is part and parcel of the project.
It's going to be a bumpy ride, no doubt, but I'm confident that various aspects of the project are progressing.
