I am sure this clarification from you has prevented many to invest millions lured by wrong naming of things.
btw, how are you going with the statement Stage 3 capex will be proportional to Stage 2 (ie, no blowouts expected)?
I believe you should send them your capex bottom up estimate so as to tell them they've got it all wrong.
