It's been suggested here before and its also been suggested by the LIS CEO that the current technical position of the LIS battery tech is in line with Quantumscape.

Quantumscape is currently a 16B US market cap company. I think the current LIS share price has somewhat settled where is is for now. Any of the following news would see us go to the next level in share price;

- Update on the current battery doing more 1000 full cycles with no negative effect and still holding more than 60 percent capacity
- Tier 1 company partnership (Toyota, Panasonic, etc)
- Dual Listing

Any news outside of this would see the share price drop. With this in mind I think gap fill news will have a negative effect in the short term
