Came across a roadmap for Lithium Sulphur batteries that I thought was interesting but quite technical. It's a collection of about 20 UK based University papers and covers a wide range of Li-S battery issues. Well behind the Li-S Energy/Deakin battery development stage.

    The link is here: https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/2515-7655/abdb9a.
This is dated mid-2020 but makes no reference to the use of BNNT as a solution to the well-known battery limitations that Deakin has overcome.

In the foreword is the sentence "... the possibility of a >600 W h kg−1 cell with the capability of 500 cycles at 1 C is achievable in the near future." The Li-S Energy battery is pushing these parameters.

One thing that caught my attention in one of the papers was the representative breakdown of mass and volume distribution of the components of a lithium sulphur battery as shown below. The Li-S Energy battery under test is a pouch cell and this type is shown along with a coin cell for comparison. Usually a coin cell is the starting point for battery development before transition to a pouch cell and then commercialisation. In a coin cell the lithium anode is the dominant factor whereas in a pouch cell it tends to be more the electrolyte.

Lots of other stuff to look through while we patiently wait for allocation and listing.
