Jake. The point i am making is that things can change quite dramatically and very quickly as time progresses, with the property market ex GFC being a very good example. Governments of any ilk need to review and adjust in accordance, call it policy on the run if you like. Some will get it right and some will get it wrong. It just came to mind that Labour got it wrong with the pink batts Lol!
