Slats,thanks for the contribution,just for the record Im self employed.
In relation to the building industry,my oldest son was a brickies labourer,he came home one pay day,saying his boss couldnt pay him,I paid his boss a visit with a pick handle and low and behold ,he found some money,the boys next employer,was a top bloke(in the true meaning),the idea of legislsation is to avoid the lucky dip approach.
For every " good employer,theres always one, wanting to screw however they can",its called greed.
