Isn't the honourable Ms Jones/DERM's comments re. Cougar's supposed lack of technical competence in effect a libelous slander against Ergo Exergy's technology? The very same technology is operating perfectly fine commercially in SA with no issues whatsoever, maybe Ergo need to take more of a transparent role in the appeal process here and become vociferous in support of Cougar and the UCG technology employed at the Kingaroy site..
