- The role of the offices of Minister(S), the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister
- The extent to which the management of the fund respected the caretaker convention and:
- The funds impact in reducing congestion"

Good to see the Greens step up and at least aim for some accountability. I will be watching very closely what Labor do to see if their heart really is in it or they just want to kick the can down the road.
