"The motion from Senator Janet Rice is expected to be put to a vote in the senate tomorrow afternoon and would require the support of Labor and the crossbench to proceed.

The motion will ask the committee to inquire into:

    1. The allocation of funding under the National Commuter Car Park fund
    2. Whether the administration of the UCF (Urban Congestion Fund) meets the highest standards of governance
    3. The role of the offices of Minister(S), the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister
    4. The extent to which the management of the fund respected the caretaker convention and:
    5. The funds impact in reducing congestion"

Role of PM's office in car park saga could go before inquiry (msn.com)

Good to see the Greens step up and at least aim for some accountability. I will be watching very closely what Labor do to see if their heart really is in it or they just want to kick the can down the road.

They sided with the Libs to keep the Jobkeeper billions upon billions of rorting a secret, lets see what they do here. People notice.
