Wait till "daughter" tries to get a job but can't because all the jobs have been taken by all the "Jennys" who are family or friends of the employers.

The "Jennys" then go into 'survival mode' and don't want to be shown as the incompetents they are, so they too then only employ family or friends that are incompetent. Business start going south so they have to lay off staff. The "Jennys" then sack all the competent workers. The Business continues to go broke as there is only "Jennys" on staff who are incompetent.
Finally the Business is bankrupt and insolvent all the "Jennys" are unemployed, however have "experience" and "contacts" and they filled the positions "daughter" applied for.

Then the cycle starts all over again, business by business going down the gurgler...
