It's hard to see the Liberal Party having much success at the next general election with Australia's worst ever now ex-PM Morrison still in parliament.

the stench of corruption surrounding Morrison and the maladministration of just about every program under his govt is still fresh in elector's nostrils.

questions have been asked as to why Morrison doesn't exit parliament after leading The LNP coalition to such a resounding defeat.

the simple answer is he can't. Probably needs income to keep Jen and the girls in the manner to which they became accustomed.

so why doesn't he take a job outside parliament. That's a pretty simple lne to answer: he would be seeking an executive role somewhere but who in their right mind would employ such a goon who paraded their neverending dishonesty and profound incompetence on the national stage for all the see for four years.

a forlorn figure, much like Tony Abbott, reaping what he has sown, at what could be the start of a long period in the wilderness.

it must be good for the ALP to have Morrison, and others figures of scorn and derision from his govt like Dutton sowing division and Cash etc flouncing around with their self importance and arrogance ostensibly in parliament but as legislators making little contribution to making Australia a better place.
