Then there is the CRYSTAL CLEAR promise made by Tony Abbott himself [my emphasis]:

All of that lot leaves one wondering as to exactly what it is that those 6,000 ABF staff will actually be doing [Note: 6000 staff costing say $100,000 each including oncosts => $600m each year!
