still waiting for one of you to explain that if these people are infact illegal immigrants, why were that not deported as such and why did the courts after applying the law and international conventions rule the vast majority of them to be legitimate refugees.
Because Miles they arrived with no evidence that they were infact the people they claimed to be. In addition to that, they arrived by illegal means.
Their claims were taken seriously and subsequently investigated.
