First they snuff out FOI legislation and won't release their documents on their IR plans and now they snuff it again by not releasing the names of the culprits.
Mind you, if I were conducting the filming of the event, I would have sent one of my (Labor) foot soldiers to approach them, act as if they're going along and gently ask for names. It just might have worked.
