    They did the sale with the support of two Labor MP's who crossed the floor and Mr Populist [ Xenophon ], the State was bankrupt with what had happened to the State Government under Labor when they stuffed up the State Bank.
    They had to sell something to keep the State going, no matter in the end the lights went out anyway
