You [leftists] are borderline communists. The spectrum has been shifting that way all my life. The liberals are not too far right [the reverse prolly] the electorate has been bought with a couple of pieces of silver. 50% +1 know they can pick the pockets of the productive workers and fall for government largesse.
Any new tax/royalty is spent buying votes, not building infrastructure.
