Paul sorry I don't understand you...isn't what you're saying contradictory? In one breath you agree we are going further into debt, in the next your are saying the budget will be in surplus. How can a surplus budget deliver greater debt? Sorry I might be wrong, but I understood the reason we are going further into debt initially is because more is going out than coming in....isn't that effectively a deficit budget?
