pity it’s illegal.
2. the new tax stops tourists from coming.... so, fruit doesn’t get picked and people go elsewhere
3. the tax is found to be illegal
4. the government is forced to repay all the money illegally gained
5. the costs of administration and payback give Australia a large loss for the exercise
6. Australia’s reputation is shot to bits
7. no tax, no tourists, no rural workers
