Market value and risk are to different concepts difficult to grasp for some it seems.
The value is only value when it is realised. So sitting in a house worth a fortune is not realising its value.
It depends on how the pensioners utilise their friends and family I would have thought and spend the rest of their lives.
Investing your life into bricks and mortar is probably not a healthy thing to do.
I doubt the bricks and mortar will love you back!!
