But they have decided to make use of the existing copper to the home, And why not, it's not like anyone needs speeds faster than the Telegraph.




Two years on and they are still doing trials, so it must only take about 5 minutes to build if it is going to meet the end of 2016 build target of 25-100 mbps (not upload, because the Internet only works in one direction apparently).
