"KEVIN Rudd looks set to go to the next election with only five GP super clinics in full operation, well short of the 31 centres the Labor Party promised during the 2007 election campaign.

"At the two-year mark, Kevin Rudd has delivered two of 31 so-called GP Super clinics, failed to deliver a plan to fix hospitals, let alone fixing them, and has plastered a dodgy band-aid on waiting lists," Mr Dutton said.

would like to know the final cost as the 31 was to cost $ 275million approx $ 8.8 mil each , i wonder have much Labor union mates got at of it ????
