I'm sure it makes business feel better when paying the $2.7b knowing that's is only a levy that can be amended raised lowered dropped at any time just like tax.
Medicare "Levy" was introduced in 1976 and its still here.
But hey, out in La La land as long as its a levy not a tax its apparently OK.
