Just a very short 12 months ago the Libs were a sure thing to win Govt ,since then voters have had plenty of time to see what substance this man Abbott is really made of ,and imo they don't like it ,which is evident in the latest Abbott disapproval ratings .
Whatever Abbott is selling imo the Australian public just aren't buying it.
No doubt this early policy launch by Abbott imo was intended to fend off any challenge from Turnbull, and also hoping Julia was going for a March election.
In a brilliant move Julia trumped Abbott with the announcement of a September Election.
Unfortunately by September all this hard work the Libs are now putting in will be all forgotten by the average Aussie voter.
As the Election draws closer the polls are tightening which will be great for a hard fought close Election ,good luck to both sides of Politics.
Interesting in Nicola Roxon speech to-day she made it clear that the hardest thing about being Health minister was fixing all the problems left by the former Liberal Health Minister who was ,wait for it ,Tony Abbott.
