In their defence, not many people get IT rollouts right.
I'm in IT software and if we'd stuffed up like QLD did with their payrol system, we'd be broke and have had the pants sued off us. This is not about IT rollouts this is about the typical jobs for mates who are not qualified to do the job. It's no coincidence.
The QLD debacle is one of the worst I have seen in my time. Myki and Desal plant in Victoria are up there with it.
