Polling has the liberals on the nose for the whole of the two years since the election of the Rudd Labor Government. Obviously something is not right in the Liberal camp with former Opposition Leader Brendan Nelson shafted, then Malcolm Turnbull shafted and now Tony Abbott in decline. The Libs cant take a trick. They couldnt even get into Government in Tasmania even though the Labor Premier was willing to give it to them on a plate.
Maybe the problem is they just dont get it. They are too busy prattling on about how only they know what to do and delude themselves that is the reality. Ive never known someone winning an election by insulting the electorate and its intelligence so maybe the non moderate liberals who currently seem to have a lot to say may not really be that bright themselves. Hmmmmmmm food for thought. Wonder what the next Newspoll thats due in the next week will reveal. Morgan was a shocker for the Liberal prattlers, will Newspoll continue that trend? Know where my money will be.
