Not going to bother with your rant. If you think America is an evil regime, perhaps some time in a few of the countries you mentioned will help. Send me a postcard from Iran, Syria, North Korea. I am sure refugees and immigrants are rushing to these beacons of hope that you mention. As for the 'follow the money' statement, do you really think China's Road and Belts Initiative is done with compassion and dedication to a peaceful world?
