    cheers @stayer

the media only supply words and concepts we either agree with, disagree, or become thoughtful about if the journo is top notch. they are trained to present succinct concept presentation. much of what we read is biased, as almost all of us are (I say almost because some of the right think they aren't biased at all and are centrist), and we all read through our own biased lens..... we're all the same really.

but teals are doing a democratic jobs so far.... far better than the average independent even. and, most importantly, they aren't owned by a party. they have the freedom to consult with their communities and take on the perspectives of hundreds or thousands of people in their electorates rather than offering standard party political letters denying the electorate has a legitimate concern. (all parties)

most media are backing parties.... which is why the teals don't get much publicity now the election is over. much of the media have reverted to standard party alliances and nonsense reporting.

Santamaria was well discussed in his day. the schism in the Labs was remedial, just as the remedy for the Libs is a schism with the neoliberals and conservatives forming a genuinely Conservative Party, but they lack to courage..... and so the lack of journalistic interest suggests theres nothing happening and not likely to happen.

great discussion with you stayer... you at least consider points rather than the dim-witted responses above. cheers mate
