the Gov was prepared to provide emergency assistance, unlike the Morrison mob.
they responded in as fast a manner as possible with great effect, under Morrison they came late after repeated requests and were too small in number to be very useful.
its not about a PM going for a photo op or media grab..... its about real help being sent promptly.
