If the prospect of a "first site announcement" (with a bunch of caveats and a year's worth of development to still complete) doesnt inspire you, i'd probably hold off for a while - particularly given that CNM will get smashed if there is any decline in the broader market.
If you're worried about missing out, just keep an eye on REH on London's AIM exchange (I'm sure you know the relationship between REH and CNM). REH has a laughable level of insider trading, and always goes up days/weeks prior to a decent CNM announcement - if it starts moving in December, for no reason, I'm going to add to my position again (though probably for short term gain as i'm up to my eyeballs in this stock already). it might prove to be an REH specific announcement, but if you're edgy, its worth a short term punt.
