The heat will be on the Libs initially as funds required to meet their election promises will inevitably have to be re-directed for National Party policy if a coalition is formed. They have already asked for an additional $700 million annually above the current level of spending, to go into regional areas. And as a regional resident all my life, thats a good thing.
