I think it is good as it encourages well educated, higher achieving Women to have Children rather than Woman on Single Parent Pensions which is currently the Case atm.
It can only benefit the Country in the long Term by giving Women more incentive to work and advance and more importantly to return to work and not be worse off for it.
It will actually help to increase the Pay of woman overall imo.
